Volunteers
The SCLA is a Volunteer Run Association and is completely dependent on the selfless contribution of time by a growing list of those who have stepped up to help. The Club would not succeed without Volunteers, ranging from the Mom (or Dad) who brings snacks to a MiniTyke game all the way up to the Executive Board.
The list of positions that need filling every year is long and varied, and includes Coaches and Assistants, Managers and Fundraisers. At some point in a Season, nearly everyone will be asked to help in some way. Remember: Many Hands make Light Work!
The SCLA has pledged to make Sportsmanship and FairPlay a priority. We are committed to promoting Respect and Good Will in every aspect of the Game. This means that our Volunteers must lead by example by always keeping the Philosophy of Fair Play in mind.
